Cancelling Orders (Before Delivery)
Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.
All orders canceled within 2 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
All orders canceled within 2 to 12 hours will be eligible for a 70% partial refund.
All orders canceled within 12 to 24 hours will be eligible for a 50% partial refund.
All orders can't be canceled after 24 hours. 

Return Policy

We have a 7-business-day return policy, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request a return if we made the wrong.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. By the way, you need to pay the shipping fee and tariffs.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@focusuit.com first.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Express shipping charges are not refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@focusuit.com.

While we cut the fabric in exact specifications that you give, the garment measurements can differ a bit, this is acceptable in the specialized custom clothing industry, also keeping in mind these are hand made garments, this applies to all our Garments including Suits, Trousers, Shorts and any other which is listed on our website.

Our shipping period is usually faster than we claim, however if the order goes on hold due to a measurement reconfirmation or fabric stock non availability then no delay issues can be raised as all orders are custom made, our customer support team will assist you if the order is urgent.

We value the uniqueness that comes with bespoke tailoring, which is particularly evident in our striped and checked jackets. Due to individual crafting and various customizations such as garment size, lapel size, etc., the alignment of stripes and checks may vary from the website images. Each jacket is uniquely crafted, resulting in subtle differences that enhance the exclusivity and charm of your purchase, making each piece distinctly personal.
